Hi, I'm Karri! [she/her]

Hey there, I’m so glad you found your way here! I’m on a mission to help women around the world embrace the magic of reinvention, no matter where they are on their journey. Whether you’re 30, 40, or beyond—or just craving a fresh start—I believe life’s juiciest chapters are still ahead.

Let’s tap into your inner strength, reignite your passions, and boldly step into your next, best phase. Ready to shake things up and create a life that truly lights you up? I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way!

Meet Karri Watson: Your Guide to Reinvention and Midlife Awakenings!

Hi, I'm Karri Watson, a life coach, photographer, and 4x entrepreneur, dedicated to empowering women at all stages of life to embrace reinvention and transformation. My journey began in Asheville, North Carolina, where I was a successful theatre business owner, comedic actress, director, photographer, and educator—but deeply unfulfilled. Facing a painful divorce and a sense of being lost, I turned to therapy, spiritual exploration, and life coaching, which helped me uncover a truer version of myself.

A move to Los Angeles led me to thrive in the film & television industry, where I found my voice and learned to embrace my value. Yet, even in the fast-paced Hollywood scene, I faced challenges that drew me back to my spiritual roots. I embraced support, healed from codependency and perfectionism, and found strength in community.

A longing for family brought me back to Michigan, where I grew my photography business and deepened my coaching practice. In this new chapter, I discovered profound love with my husband and learned to slow down, trust my intuition, and rediscover joy.

With extensive training in Spiritual Psychology and a graduate of the Positive Intelligence Coach Training plus years of mentorships with incredible leadership coaches, somatic healing work, I’m passionate about helping women step into their power, whether they are navigating midlife transformations or any season of change. Living with chronic illness, I know firsthand the courage it takes to reinvent yourself when life throws unexpected challenges.

Today, I guide high-achieving women, dreamers, entrepreneurs, artists, coaches and those ready to reinvent their lives at any age. My mission is to help you say YES to yourself, moving from burnout and self-doubt to alignment, purpose, and joy.

If you’re ready to embrace your next chapter, I’m here to support your journey. Together, we’ll unlock the best version of you—because your best years are still ahead.

My Chronic Illness Background

Like many, 2020 became a pivotal year for me—a time to reflect on what truly mattered. While the pandemic deeply impacted my community, I faced my own health challenges that forced me to slow down. I experienced debilitating fatigue, muscle and joint pain, hormonal imbalances, cognitive fog, and chronic digestive issues. After countless visits to doctors and specialists, I was finally diagnosed with Lupus, Hashimoto’s, and CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome), triggered by mold toxicity—a complex, multi-system illness causing widespread inflammation.

At first, these diagnoses were overwhelming, but they also became a catalyst for profound change. In addition to ongoing support from my life coach, Sarah Goodson, I also partnered with health and life coach Sascha Alexander, who also lives with several chronic illness'. Her guidance gave me the tools, language, and compassionate support I needed to understand my body’s needs. Through shadow work, trauma healing, and nervous system regulation, I learned to lovingly care for my body and mind.

Now, I’m on a healing journey that continues to evolve, with significant improvements in my health. Today, I use my personal experience and the lessons I’ve learned to help clients facing autoimmune challenges and mold toxicity. Whether you’re dealing with chronic illness, navigating the complexities of an autoimmune condition, or seeking relief from mold exposure, I’m here to guide you with empathy and holistic strategies. Together, we’ll find your path to healing, resilience, and renewal.

THE FUN STUFF!

What I'm obsessed with these days!

I love getting lost in spiritually insightful books, diving into thought-provoking documentaries, and binge-watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel or classic Friends reruns. I’m equally happy soaking up anything cooking related — from the magic of America’s Test Kitchen on PBS, to inspiring cooks like Ina Garden, Megan Markle and Erin French. Lately, I’ve been turning these little joys into big dreams: creating my own gluten-free cooking show (YouTube link coming soon!), hosting an in-person gluten-free cooking series, and writing my very first cookbook. Cooking, creating, and dreaming is always better when it’s shared and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Everyday moments!

When we're not working, my husband and I are usually finding ways to laugh — on a long walk, testing new gluten-free recipes in the kitchen, getting caught up in a puzzle, card game, or some creative art project, or curled up together under a blanket watching a movie or bingeing a favorite show. I love little day-trip adventures exploring Michigan, chasing sunshine and warmth wherever we can find it, and slowing down with quiet moments reading, talking, or simply soaking in the world around us. One day soon, we hope to add a sweet puppy to the mix…mostly to steal snacks, cause a little chaos, and join the fun.

What I Currently LOVE!

I love Ted Lasso’s kindness philosophy, guided breathing meditations, and all things spiritual — oracle and affirmation cards, crystals, and whatever juicy wisdom the universe has to offer. I love clean, hormone-free skincare and makeup, fresh bouquets of local flowers, being near water, and a minimalist mindset that keeps life simple. I love astrology (and embracing the year of the horse), collecting journals and fancy pens, and hunting down the best gluten-free finds. I love personal growth that never ends, lifting weights, slow, gentle yoga, and spending time connecting and laughing with my friends. I love dogs, hugs, walking in nature, dancing to music like nobody’s watching, sunsets that stop me in my tracks, coffee, and even organizing my space — and earth-friendly cleaning products that make my home feel good and my conscience even better.
