Coaching in the Kitchen with Karri
where gluten-free cooking meets soulful connection
NEW DATE: February 21st, 2026
Galentine's Edition
A Galentine’s Celebration of Self-Love & Well-Being
A soul-filled gathering where food and conversation meet transformation.
Join me in my home kitchen for an intimate late afternoon of gluten-free cooking, laughter, and meaningful connection with other women. Together, we’ll slow down, nourish our bodies, and explore what it truly means to care for ourselves — from honoring our needs and boundaries to reconnecting with pleasure, rest, and what feels genuinely supportive in this season of life.
This Galentine’s gathering is an invitation to choose yourself — not in a performative way, but in a real, embodied one. Come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, inspired, and deeply supported — with delicious recipes to take home, heartfelt connections, and a renewed relationship with your own well-being.
you'll leave nourished -- body, heart and spirit
What to Expect --
Join me for an intimate, heart-centered Galentine’s evening — a Saturday night devoted to self-care, connection, and nourishing food that delights both the senses and the soul. On February 21st, we’ll gather in my cozy home kitchen in Clinton Township, Michigan, to slow down, soften, and celebrate the beauty of women choosing themselves.
You’ll have a front-row seat as I cook live from my GF with Karri B Cookbook®, sharing elevated gluten-free, dairy-free, and deeply pleasurable dishes — think chocolate, desserts, finger foods, and other indulgences designed to feel both comforting and celebratory. As we cook, I’ll weave in gentle coaching reflections and personal stories around self-care, listening to your body, and honoring what you truly need in this season.
Once the meal is ready, we’ll gather around the table to eat, laugh, and connect. This is where the heart of the evening unfolds. Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to prioritize well-being, tend to ourselves with more compassion, and lovingly name what we’re ready to carry — and what we’re ready to release — as we move into 2026. This is a space where you don’t have to have it figured out. You just have to show up as you are.
This gathering is intentionally intimate and limited to 8 women, creating a warm, supportive environment where everyone is seen, heard, and valued. You’ll leave with a nourished body, delicious recipes to take home, and a renewed sense of clarity and connection — a reminder that caring for yourself is not selfish, but essential.
💛 Optional Integration Bonus
The Integration Table: Caring for What Comes Next
Included with your experience is The Integration Table — a 60-minute Zoom gathering held on February 28th, one week after our evening together. This circle is designed to gently support your integration process — a space to reflect on the conversations we shared, check in with how you’re feeling, and name what self-care and well-being look like for you moving forward.
Together, we’ll revisit the themes from our night — self-love, nourishment, boundaries, and honoring your needs — and create space for you to feel heard and supported as you step into what’s next for you in 2026. Think of it as a soft landing and a loving continuation of the connection we began around the table.

Why I created this...
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Karri Watson — my maiden name is Brantley, so my close friends call me Karri B. I’m a life coach, workshop facilitator, photographer, and a proud gluten-free, dairy-free enthusiast (celiac since 2003… yes, I’ve been doing this a long time).
Truth is, I’ve always dreamed of hosting my own cooking show. And honestly? This is where it all began.
The kitchen has always been where I come home to myself — where slowing down, cooking, and connecting remind me what really matters. It’s where laughter flows, stories come out, and something deeper starts to happen without trying.
After years of healing, reinvention, and becoming more me (including a little red hair don't care chapter), I realized nourishment isn’t just about what’s on the plate. It’s about connection, creativity, presence, and being fully seen around the table.
Coaching in the Kitchen with Karri was born from that truth.
It’s part elevated gluten-free cooking, part soulful conversation, and part heart-centered coaching, where food becomes ceremony and conversation becomes transformation.
Because healing happens around the table. And every woman deserves to feel full -- body, heart, and soul.
